What is an AI agent, in simple words?
A program built around a language model that can take steps on its own: read a message, look something up, use a tool, and reply or act. Unlike a chatbot, it does the work, not just the talking.
Will the agent make mistakes?
Sometimes, like any person. So I design for it: risky actions need a human OK, the agent says when it is unsure, and tests on real examples catch problems before users do.
What do you need from us?
A clear job for the agent, examples of real cases, access to the tools it should use, and one person who knows the process.
Which AI models do you use?
Claude, GPT and open models — whatever fits the task and budget. The agent is not locked to one provider, so the model can be changed later.
How do you know it works?
