MCP server development

An MCP server is a connector that lets AI assistants — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others — use your product: read data, take actions, on behalf of your users.

In short

I build MCP servers that connect your product or API to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Secure sign-in with OAuth, clear tools the AI uses correctly, and everything ready for the Claude and ChatGPT app directories.

What you get

  • An MCP server for your product or API, remote over HTTPS
  • Secure sign-in with OAuth, so each user sees only their own data
  • A few clear tools with good descriptions, so the AI picks the right one
  • Safety labels on every tool: read-only or changes data
  • Tests in the MCP Inspector and in real assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)
  • Help with listing in the Claude and ChatGPT directories and the MCP Registry

How it goes

  1. 01

    Call

We choose what users should be able to do from their AI chat.

  2. 02

    Design the tools

A short list of tools, inputs and answers, agreed before coding.

  3. 03

    Build and secure

The server, OAuth sign-in, tests and logs.

  4. 04

    Publish

Connect to real assistants, then submit to the app directories.

Questions

What is MCP, in simple words?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard — like a USB-C port for AI. Your product exposes it once, and every AI assistant that speaks MCP can use it.

Why would my product need an MCP server?

Your users already work in AI assistants. With an MCP server they can use your product right from the chat — and you can be listed in the Claude and ChatGPT directories.

We already have an API. Isn't that enough?

The MCP server sits on top of your API. It turns it into a few clear tools an AI can understand, adds sign-in and safety rules — your API stays as it is.

Is it safe?

Yes, when built right: OAuth sign-in, tokens only for your server, the smallest permissions needed, labels on risky tools, and a person in control of what the AI may do.

How long does it take?

A focused MCP server with a handful of tools is usually 1–3 weeks, including OAuth and tests. A directory listing adds review time on their side.
